Just this one game.  It's the first I have tried to back up myself.  So I figured I am burning it wrong.  I'm using imgburn to make the copy.  I'm not sure what mod firmware my 360 has so should I just try all the different waves until it works?

I would try not patching it and using the wave check bypass disc, assuming it is required on your firmware.
