Activate Iso Not Working

liteon ix 1.6, iso burned only to first layer of DVD-DL. i put in the activate disc, hit play dvd and it says "play this in an xbox 360" etc. put in the wave 4 game, and it still says play dvd. if i try to play it, its just an xbox 360 logo. what's the deal?

im dumb, i checked some stuff out and realized im flashed with 1.51 and not 1.6

quick reflash to 1.6 solved everything
