Backing Up Wave 4 Games?

I have an SATA Internal 163c Kreon Drive.
I use it to back up all my games and it works 100% of the time.

I got my copies of Forza 3 and Tekken 6 in today (I am allowed to take mine home early as a Manager at my store) since i paid for them in full already - I have a cool DM.

Anyways - I tried to back both games up on my Kreon.

I get to about 3.36% and it gives me an error.  About a security sector -

I assume it is because it is a wave 4 game.  I clicked IGNORE and it just hangs.

I thought it might be the drive - popped in a wave 3 game and tried to copy it - worked 100%

Tekken 6 and Forza 3 will not backup.

ANY suggestions?

Is it Xbox backup creator? Should I use something different?

Recommendations please.

Forza 3 is wave 3. Could just be a poor quality stamped disk. Stick it in the xbox and see if you can install it all the the HDD, If you can then use the xbox dvd drive in 0800 mode.

looks like a good as way as any to me. i suppose you could also extract the ss,dmi, and pfi. take the files from the video partition and make a dvd .iso with them. use dvd mulleter to rebuild the iso. but thats a lot of work for such an easy task really. your sammy should back up both disk. i dont think there is any partition size checks when when backing up a game using XBC.

I could not backup Tekken 6 with Xbox_backup_creator either. I have the latest version.


Is it Xbox backup creator? Should I use something different?
