This problem has occurred more than a few times and the most generic solution to the problem is that its your burner, your discs, or the fact that your burner doesn't like your discs.

Best solution would be to try a new type of media, if that doesn't work, then see if someone can lend you a DL burner to try in your computer. If that works, then you know its your burner and you can order them cheap from stores online.
