Hi All

I know that there is a post here for this topic but it hasnt helped me so hopefully someone can assist me.

I am running Windows 7,wxRipper to backup my XBOX360 games,External DL LG drive,7.57GB movie,Original XBOX game.

I am using the hotswap method...

1.Insert the movie
2.Start wxRipper and STOP the drive
3.Use a paperclip and replace the DVD with my original XBOX game.
4.Click start on wxRipper and find magic number.Edit the copy to dummy and save.
5.Openwx Ripper with edited LTF file and click on start dump
6.I then recieve the following crc errors.

08:00:50 PM -> Start
08:00:50 PM -> Done
08:01:10 PM -> Start
Error @ 0 : Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

Error @ 0 : Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

Error @ 0 : Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

08:01:32 PM -> Done


I have noticed that it completes the "jump" lines but not the copy.Anybody have any ideas ?Please help.

Yep - switch to a Kreon/0800 enabled reader and XBC. WxRipper is outdated now and you won't get anywhere near the quality back than you would from a Kreon / 0800 enabled 360 drive.

what he said. also read thew rules, since wxripper crap will require you to illegally obtain the needed files, its not allowed to be discussed here.
