Both of these softwares give me an error saying this is not a XBOX ISO.  I am very sure the way I create the ISO file with WxRipper is correct.  Anyone has the solution for this problem?

Yes - WxRipper is not the advised way to rip 360 discs. Download the latest XBC (Xbox Backup Creator) and use a Kreon-flashed DVD drive (or an 0800 enabled 360 drive) to rip the disc.
