Changing Place Disk Into Xbox Video.

I had a quick search but couldnt find anything.
But has any one changed that video on a game before and still keept the disk stealthed by keeping the video the same size.

I want to pull a prank on my friend and change that video to be like the main menu of what ever game I try.
Then I can be like. "Have you heard that they have hacked $30 DVD player to work with xbox  360 games" lol.
Then I can stick it in the xbox and prove its a game. aswell as in the dvd player.
