Abgx360 Verification Question

Hi,
What is considered safe to play online.  IF the stealth check is passed but some of the verifications are failed (yellow), is it safe to play online?  Abgx also suggested me to turn autofix level 3 on, if I turned it on, it download a patch and patch the iso, then abgx checked everything green. So should I use auto fix or not?
