Feeder.loadfiles Error With Xbc

I have had success in the past but now I try to burn my game to disk and I get this error:
Feeder.LoadFiles() Failed

I'm using XBC v 2.8
burning game COD WAW ( already successfully ripped it)
using disk: Verbatim data-life-plus inkjet printable DVD+R DL  made in sinapore

any ideas on how to fix?
I have searched the internet and can't find any answers to this problem.

try to burn outside XBC with imgburn?

Run XBC with admin rights (right-click/run as admin)
make sure imgburn is updated.
make sure XBC is set to use imgburn.
