Hi, I recently purchased a SH-D163B drive pre-flashed with Kreon.

Upon arrival, I installed it and managed to backup two games through XBC 2.8. However, whenever any type of media is placed in the drive the light on the front just pulses green and refuses to eject. XBC still detects the drive type and the Kreon firmware, but as soon as a disk is inserted it stops responding.

I've tried reflashing with Kreon firmware, and it hasn't effected anything - I've also tried switching the SATA cables - nothing seems to work. The only way to eject the drive is to shut down, and then eject on boot up.

Has anyone had any similar issues, and if so, how did you resolve them?
