I have a flashed Benq with 1.5 firmware. All my backups are created using XBC and they all pass the stelth check. These games work flawlessly in my 360 burned on Verb+DL.

I recently flashed a freinds Ms28 drive withe 1.5 firmware as well, but none of my back-ups will work in his 360. They are the exact copies that I play in mine. His box reconizes them as a game but loads to a black screen and eventually says "this disk is scratched or dirty". Every now and then the disks will load as a mixed media disk and I can browse the different folders on the game disk.

Is there different compatibility with each drive? I use a samsung burner I already owned to burn the games. Could I maybe need a pioneer burner to get the games to be a better quality?
Could I adjust the POT to get it to read better?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

If they work in yours then that is all you need.
You shouldn't be sharing copies of games you own amongst your mates.
