Backing Up A Backup

I have correctly backed up many of my own games, and they successfully will play in my xbox360. I store all of my retail games at another location for safety, and store the .dvd files on a computer.
The computer has crashed and I have lost all of my .dvd files.

If I am to backup a "backup" game, can I just create an iso with imgburn, or do I need to go through the entire typical procedure again?

No Backup of Backup discussion allowed.

need to make another backup, use your original (that's why you have it)
