Xbox 360 Dirty Disc Error On Backups

Hey Everyone, I've recently tried to burn a copy of Need For Speed Undercover (which I downloaded from the internet) and i've used imgburn to burn it with the user specified 1913650 layer break. After it was done it was successful, but when I popped it in my 360 it gets to the loading screen then I get the "This disc is unreadable of Dirty" error. SERIOUSLY WTF!! I've wasted 2 of my Verbatim DVD+R DL 8x discs already. (BTW ive burned the discs at 2x)

360 Drive = Hitachi 78fk
PC burning drive = LG 4160b



PLEASE ANYONE HELP!!
