a few input for you,

1) remove the layer break in Imgburn, leave it to "calculate optimal"
2) use the XBC write tab to call imgburn in the Write Tab of XBC, it will take care of sending all the good parameters for you to IMGburn (read Tutorial: XBCreator & Imgburn )
3) Your benq 1650 is let say marginal the job, it was amongst the first Benq DL burner, so not ideal.
4) In order to create a decent baseline and remove some variables, I would suggest you get some verbatim.

Whether it is cross flashed or not, should not matter.

But my apologies, just realize you are talking about a 1650. I do not know why I was reading 1650 but my mind was stuck on the 1625!!!

Burner is not recent but should be OK ( unless it is not in the best of shape)

Really, I would start with some verbatim to benchmark on solid ground
