Backing Up Issue Gh3

hi, iv just made successful backups og lost oddessy disc 1, lotr battle for middle earth. i used a kreon flashed samsung D. with xbox backup creator. Both games passed abgx360, mulleter, and xbcs checks. Iv just backup up guitar hero 3. using the same method it passes xbcs check but fails the schtrom check saying crc32 of image does not fit stealth.
The DMI is unverified when checked with abgx360. I have used my own retail copy. how can the DMI be unverified when the other 2 backups from my own retail copy are fine?
