Yes , 1.4 will compensate for the "bad kreon Rip".

I would not use these tools as I feel you should not play in a SS.

note that if you absolutely want a "Good Kreon rip" although it makes no diff with 1.4, you could re-extract your SS with the Kreon and XBCreator. Since there are always a few bytes that differ you may get a good one, then resinsert it in your image with the image/insert of XBC.
