Dvd Drive Swap Questions

I have a 360 that had a bad dvd drive and so I took the pcb out and have a benq drive and a toshiba drive how do I flash the liteon pcb to either of the good drives to spoof one into thinking it is mated to the motherboard also I am not trying to mod it I just want the game system to work.
