Question About Brand Of Discs And Recorder

well the discs are right, but newegg doesn't tell you whether there made in India or Singapore you want the ones made in Singapore, try eBay or a local store, as for the dvd burner its perfect

Pioneer has a pretty good track record of making good burners.  They are still my burner of choice.  As for the Verbatim it is all luck of the draw, and actually from what I have seen your odds are actually the best with the 8x official ones.  That being said, the frequency of the MIS 2.4x discs is definitely on the rise again.  5-6 months  ago it was virtually impossible to find any 2.4x official DL Verb disc that wasn't made in India.  It seems that Verbatim finally got the message about the disparity in quality between the two.

As far as the burning program goes I'm fond of IMGBurn.  Just set the layer break on the D0 point the first time and you are good to go.

what about clonecd since i have that is it good to use and easy i read with clonecd u just burn the .dvd file and im set

i also forgot to mention i got the dvd+r dl today and there from singapore so im good with that
