Xbc Partition Error! Help!

I'm trying to back up one of my Xbox 360 games. I'm a first-timer. A newbie, if you please.  :-)  I fixed my problem with XBC not seeing my drive. I was using an older version, so I got the newest version of XBC, then I had the above issues. :-(

Oh ok. Well all you really need is when you launch XBC you just need to click on "Complete Backup" tab (of course the game is in the drive when you start XBC) and that's it.

That's what I'm getting at, though. Everything on that tab is greyed out, and the only way I can get it to start is to use the AutoCopy plug-in for XBC, but when it does actually start, it gives me the partition error.

Ok. Do you have the latest XBC 2.8 Build 0275? Do you have AnyDVD running in the background? I have a SH D162D in an external case and I have no problems with XBC.

I hope you're not trying to backup a copy of the game. Becuase that won't work and you'll get into trouble in here even talking about it.

Yeah, I'm running the newest XBC version. I've never had AnyDVD. I'm using the actual, store bought copy of the game. No backups.

Hmmm... very weird indeed. I don't know what else to suggest.
