Ignore the "This is not a true 1:1 copy". Always choose the "complete backup". And regarding about your other post on the ".dvd file" you can delete it if you wish. It only has the information on layer break of the iso.

It should also be noted that by using the *.dvd file has proven to be problematic in 360 backups. Some have had luck by using it, others not. Its always a good idea to stick with the iso file when burning.
