A Few Questions?

1.  How are you ripping the games?  You should end up with 2 files if you rip from a program like XBC; one is the game, the other is the .dvd file

2.  The game won't fit.  X360 games require a DVD DL, a single layer disk will not work.  Basically, you need a good DVD DL media to back up games.  No if or buts about this one
