i have a hitachia 47 drive flashed iwht ixtreme 1.4rev1 and it wont read games when in usb mode AND ONLY READ 5.14 MB INSTEAD OF LIKE 7 GBS WHAT DO I DO TO READ THE WHOLE DISC

What do you mean in "USB MODE"?

Ok I haven't flashed a Hitachi yet. But when I read the tut, you're suppose to flash it in mode b. The mode b is for for your PC to recognize the drive so you can flash it.

Can't really remember but I think after the flash you need restart the xbox and it should be able to read backup games.

I'm pretty sure you can't use the Hitachi to backup your games.

hitachi drives cannot be used to make backups.

get a samsung MS25/ms28 and use it with 0800 firmware or buy a kreon drive for your PC
