Odd Problem

Using the MS Advanced A/V pack, when I play a .mp4 video file I get choppy playback.
But when I switch to the normal video cables, it's all fine and dandy.

My A/V pack hooks up to my reciever, could it be from there, or is it a common problem?
I'm using a newer verison of XBMC, April 1st or around there release.  <

That is not a new build.  You may want to upgrade further.

Also, make sure you are not using any of the upsampling (at least not video) in Settings.
