Please someone help, I cant wait to just put this behind me after the past couple days of non voluntary pc's, drive's and shipping errors...long story.....

Oh yeah one more thing that might be of importance, I tried reading the games using Schtrom360 and this is the error messege it displayed...

" Can't get feauture list from drive! It is a kreon compatible drive, but don't seem to be flashed with the right firmware! drive used as normal DVD-ROM!"

Is it that my drive doesnt have the correct firmware? If so any links to info on how to flash it right?
It reads as a SH-D163B

I got a SH-D163B as well...
First make sure you are using schtrom 3.4 I used one of the earlier versions and it gave me the same error I guess...

If this doesnt work you got the wrong firmware or so. You can get the KREON firmware from "the usual places" aka CHECK YOUR PMS...

if you downloaded the right kreon package from "the usual places" :-)

there is a nice README, basicly its just starting the ".exe" file and hitting 2 buttons or so wink.gif and a twinker later you have a nice kreon drive and XBC should display: additional info: Kreon V1.0

I got the same error but it still let me rip the game, and everything seems to check out and it burned fine. If the burned copy actually works or not I won't be able to tell until I can re-flash my 360 drive.

Well according to that Textbook for "Hacking the 360 for noobs", thier picture shows that same message about "This is not a true 1 : 1 etc....".  So im guessing its normal for it to say that ?

I've made a copy using this method and checked the image with DvdMuellter (or whatever its called) and seems to be ok.
