Cant Copy Over 80meg

right i just modded my xbox with the x3 chip, all is working fine, but im having troubel with the ftp. I have installed games using qwix all work fine and i can copy movies under 80 meg to the HDD, but if i try to copy a movie thats bigger than 80meg it dont work. I have tried 2 differnt ftp prog and u ihave unlocked the HDD. Anyone how i can fix this.
