hi all...
what is the recommended backup (burning) program recommended for vista...
Img Burn
Clonecd
Dvd decryptor

i was having problems backup a game the other day.... i was using Img Burn with Ritek dvd+r DL ...
I burned the game twice and both copied give me read errors.....

i then tried on my laptop with XP and Verbitams and It works ?

i know its not the riteks that are causing the problems as i have made over 20 Backups of riteks all of them work Perfectly...
only after i upgraded to vista i started having this problem..

i just want to know what everyone else on vista Uses..

UPDATE..
I have just found out that
All the Backups i burn with Vista Fail the Verify test ON Vista...

All the Backups Made On Xp PASS THE TEST when verifying against the image...(Verifying on the Vista Machine)


Not Sure If it has something to Do with Vistas settings or its something else...

All backups I dump on vista pass on vista and on xp, sorry you dont know what your doing. I suggest you do some more reading.

The Dumps Are all FINE...
The Actual Burning is stuffing me UP...
I have to burn in XP machine in order for them to work...

do i have to to run IMG Burn WITH ADMINISTRATOR compatibility ? like i have to with XBC ?

PROBLEM SOLVED..
Right click IMG BURN .exe and click properties,
then got to compatibility TAB and Check Run as Administrator...
