360 Turns Off During Backup

hi,

ive got a problem during backup prozess. im using blaster360ne with a benq and (firmware flash 0800) and a via vt6421. i can see the drive in my devicemanager and i can start to make a copy with xgc. but after about 5-10 minutes my 360 turns off. why does this happen? can anyone help plz.
