You can get a regular internal drive and get an adapter to plug it into your laptop via USB. I bought one that has IDE and SATA support of $15...they're not that expensive

ok, today i went to go buy almost the exact same drive as the 1st one you posted, well without the light scribe cuz i didnt think i really needed that...and i burned a game like 5 min ago and it worked perfectly, so the answer to the first question if you can burn games with that drive the answer is yes, as for the second question no you cant rip the games with the drive

to rip games you'll have to buy a samsung drive thats flashed with kreon firmware, they have these on ebay
and you can use the same setup that i have..i bought the flashed samsung drive and connected it to my laptop with a SATA/IDE to usb cable and it works perfectly

wait, so your saying i cant take this one apart and use the hotswap method in WXripper?

i thought they said that this was one of the best types of drives to dissassemble for a hotswap method?

o and i still need to know if i can use the 360 power supply to power this drive

well im not sure about WXripper because i use XBC with my flashed samsung drive to extract the file and then burn it with the LG drive

I've been trying to burn my iso that I made w/xbc 2.8. repeated failures.. I have an LG gsa 5160D dl burner. I keep hearing that pioneer is the king of successful burns.
