yes i have the .dvd file ive burned with image burn was just wondering how to set nero to burn em  im exploring options wondering if nero burns good or just stick with img burn?? EDIT because using verbatims i got from here http://www.rima.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvS...ry_Code=DPLUSDL    using a sata pioneer 212d &img burn on xp sp2 core 2 duo e6750 2 gigs of ram, my burns set at 2.4 about anywhere from say 60% through burn on speed allmost crashes to zero like 0.8x then climbs back to 2.4 burns complete fine but still wondering what problem could be and does  same thing with NOTHING but img burn going on pc and im 100% sure pc is virus/bug free

Burn speed at around 50% should drop to very low because of the drive switching layers (regardless of what program or burner you use, burn speed will always drop while the lens is refocusing to the other layer.) It pops right back up to whatever speed you are burning at once it actually starts burning again.

as long as the drive cache doesn't drop to 0% with the burn speed I think that you should be fine.
