Well i just wrote a backup of the darkness and it worked then i re-tried oblivion goty and it worked fine  

I dont know what caused the problem but its working just fine now, all i did was restart the computer and try again.  Hopefully it was just a crappy disk and the problem never returns.

Also interesting to note that it looks the same on the bottom as the crap disk,  same gap from edge of disk. This makes me think that it got to 100% but didnt sync properly or something, oh well glad its working. Thanks anyways
