New Games Exceed Filesize For Nme Mod Chips

I have a XBOX 360 fitted with a NME 1.2 chip.  I have managed to backup my games and get them to work with this chip successfully in the past.  However i have just bought a copy of Halo 3 and created a image and its filesize is 7,651,848 . The NME Associator software patches the games to a filesize of 7,525,056 in order for them to work on the NME chip.  How can i get Halo 3 to work or is it simply not possible?, if this is the case more and more games will become unusable on the NME chip in the future.

There is no info on this topic on Google or on Team Underdogs website so either they are ignoring the problem or dont have a soloution for it.
