How To Re Duplicate Old Backups On 360

hi

does anyone know the easiest way to duplicate old xbox 360 backups.
i need to transfer some to better media and was wondering what the best  way was, xbc takes ages to re rip the ripped image and then re burn.

is there any way to do a DL dvd to dl DVD COPY?
