Problem Installing Xbox Back Up Creator

hi been trying to install xbox back up creator for a while now i extract the files with win ace but when i go to open it it tells me missing files and canot open,am i missing something here mean while in installed schtrom no problem is this a similiar program to back up creator or is one better than the other...

make sure you get the xbc that has the installer in it.then get the update.have a look at this.the xbc v2.5 has the installer
