Xbox Backup Creator V2.7.0.265 Will Not Backup Nfs Carbon. Please Help

The original DVD has no apparent scratches but I get lots of errors starting at 32%. It could be the DVD what I suspect that this is some special protection. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
