Creating Backup With Tsstcorp Cd/dvdw Ts-h652l Patched Firmware Help N

Im having trouble creating a backup of gears of war with Schtrom360Xtract V 3.3 whenever i press extract it says "Only XBOX backup discs can be extracted on a normal DVD-ROM without a patched firmware! You can't extract original discs!" How do i get a patched firmware??
