Samsung Sh-d162d With Kenon V1.0

I try to using the schtom360xtractv3.4 to backup a xbox360 game but I got the following error messages come out. "Can't write blank part of video layer0!"

OK.... I tried to use the XBC v2.7.0.265 to backup the same game and I got the following error messages come out. "Invalid Security ssector detected. Please check disk and try again"

try this: Start the program, then insert the 360 disc after program loads

make sure your drive is in DMA not PIO.  Also I've heard that Daemon tools or any sort of virtual drive can interfere.  Try using Schtrom360 as well.. Try putting the drive on it's own IDE channel...

Now, I uninstall the Deamon Tool and unplug the DVDRW. It still doesn't work.....HELP...............

have u made backups before.If so try restoring your computer to a date that it worked before.

Finally, I find out what it the problem.

The XBC is not support Windows Vista.
After I install the DVDROM to a XP machine, it works withoput any problem.  Hope next version of XBC can run on Vista.

Nope that's not it.  I'm running Vista and XBC works without any problems.  It is something in you Vista rig, definitely not Vista itself.
