Replace Ss? I Don't Know What This Means.

Hopefully someone can help me.  I'm re-checking all of my discs with 10.2 and everything checks out initially.  However, if I click AutoFix on my discs I get this error.

Replace SS?
Could not get ini file for the SS in this ISO. However, the game does appear to be in the database, so I can check the data, and if it matches our known CRC I can replace the SS safely and fix based on this. Do it now?

Does this mean that the backup is no good?
