bump and an update. i am still having issues backing up a few of my games on my kreon drive in my computer. it seems like all the older games work fine but some of the newer ones like two worlds, call of duty 4, kane and lynch, and halo3 so far wont backup. they show up in windows as dvd videos not xbox 360. and when i try to read it says it cant extract the ss and aborts. is there another way i need to back these ones up?

would it work if i use my hitachi drive instead of the kreon one? i though t i read somewhere that they couldnt do that but i was probably mistaken.

No Hitachi wont work

-have you tried reflashing your Kreon?
maybe change its position primary/secondary, master/slave
make sure nothing his running that interferes with dvds (daemon, alcohol...)

just tried it in safe mode and still shows ups as XGD2DVD_NSTC im lost it also did it on my bioshock game but like i sad older games like call of duty 2 and stuff work fine and show up as xbox360 i dont get why my newer ones wont work.

edit: how is your kreon hooked up in your computer i know mine is set to master but i dont know about primary or secondary how would i change that?

I had success with Halo 3 on xbox creator I just followed the steps as usual, but I am having read errors with my kreon drive with Assassin`s Creed

Assassins Creed went ok with backup creator however Kane & Lynch won't backup and I have tried everything I know. Xbox Backup creator version 2.5 2.6 and 2.7 dont work and fail at 3% when doing the security sector. Schtrom360XtractV3.4 and Schtrom360XtractV3.2 both fail at the ss.bin at 3% as well.

Im doing this in Vista 64 Ultimate with a Kreon Sata drive. Have not had a problem with any other except Kane & Lynch. Anyone got this one to backup yet?

I found what was with assassin`s creed, the disc was damaged, so I exchanged for another one, and everthing went fine

. Haven`t tried kane and lynch yet, will try later and let anyone know.
