Calibration Error

can anyone help me with this...

When I try to burn a disk I get this error. I'm using a Pioneer DVD -RW DL 111D W/ firmware 8.19 from danger bros. here's the error

usually media issue,

what brand are you using?

Could be a bad media, but I had the same fault because of a defective Lite On writer.
Now I have a Samsung, which is working fine even with cheap media.
