Xbox1 Multigame Disk On X360

Hello. I am a new member and this is my first post. I have many multigame disks from my old XBOX1. I want to play some of these games on X360 and I would like to ask if I can somehow rebuild an iso for any of these games, then burn each game in a dvd5, so that I can play it on Xtreme5.1. I don't have the ss, pfi and dmi files for any of these games but I don't have a Live account for my X360 either, so no worries about banning me or anything.

no backup of backup

only make backup ifyou have the original (and the resulting ss, pfi...)
