Pal Convert To Ntsc

i was wonder i hav e xbox 360 nad its is an NTSC version nad i downloaded a game that only comes in PAL i was wondering if it is possilbe to convert it to NTSC and what program do i use to convert it if there is one

You're looking for the Wii forum, those tricks don't fly on 360.
