Xbox360 Backup Question

hello all,I want to know if its possible for me to get banned if i use my backups instead of original copy online???I have 0078FK Hitachi Drive,I backed up the game using my own original copy of the game with xbox backupcreator V2.5 using complete backup option,my computer dvdrom drive is Samsung sh162c flashed with Kreon 0.81,and my dvd burner is pioneer 112D,I can still login to xboxlive with this...is it because my backups are made from my original copy and they stealth or what???please let me know thanks alot!!!

I think there's rules on the forums about discussing playing on XBL with backups.
