Any windows setup disk should work. First, burn a CD with the locking tols onto a CD. Then, put the WIndows Setup disk in the drive and reboot. When it gives you a menu with 3 choices (forget what they ar exactly) Choose the one that says "Start Computer With CD-ROM Support" and that will give you a dos prompt (eventually

). Then just pop the disk in that you burned, then type D:\*filename here* and it will run the program.

i highly doubt that first tutorial will work for 1.1 -> 1.6 eeprom, as the eeprom encryption key changed.
