When i connect my box with pc via crossover lan cable , the speed is so slow.

It shown at my computer and my xbox that my connection speed is 100/halfduplex (it shown in my xbox system information) .

When small files in transfer , speed is acceptable.
But when i transfer the bigger one (500 MB) the speed is so damn slow (~300KBPS) .

What cause this problem ?
IP and subnet is set correctly since pc and xbox can communicate , i tried change lan cable but didn't help.

In PC system properties i set to Optimize to Throughput (Dufault is optimize 4 CPU)

I'am using Abit NF7-S (nForce network adapter)

Ip Pc   192.168.0.1
Ip Box 192.168.0.3
Subnet 255.255.255.0 (both)

Do i have to input gateway ? since i'am not intend to use my box LIVE! .




Anyone know how to fix the speed ?
