Xbox1 Backups With Hitachi Drive
« on: August 11, 2007, 05:27:00 PM »

I've been reading up for hours and still can't find the answers i'm looking for so please someone help me out (yes I have read the pinned topic)
- What firmware versions are compatible with playing xbox 1 backups on a hitachi drive?
I know ixtreme is capable but only with DL stealth copies, is there any firmware that is compatible with Single Layer backups? (I currently have Maximus-Garyopa XTRM-HITACHI v2.3 Stealth)
- If you convert and burn a SL copy do you need the original layerbreak value?
- I assume the layerbreak value for xbox1 games is NOT the same for every game? and requires finding out the original?
- Is the original layerbreak value absolutely necessary if your not making a stealth backup?

I need a simple clear answer to each of these questions, please don't make me continue searching for hours on end. Thanks

All

None ever supported Xbox 1 SL

SL is not feasible

Yes they are all 1913776
- Is the original layerbreak value absolutely necessary if your not making a stealth backup?
Yes, in the sense that you need a DL, which requires the layerbreak

In order to make stealth Xbox 1 backup (or X360 backups in fact) you will need a Kreon or Samsung (x360 Drive) and Xbcreator or Schtrom. Important to realize that SSfile extracted with Hitachi are not valid for iXtreme so you need the Kreon/samsung
