Looking For The Right Dl Burner
« on: July 24, 2007, 04:43:00 AM »

I found that the Pioneer DVR-112BK can write DVD's as DVD-RAM. As far as I know, Bittsetting writes discs as DVD-ROM, or is that the same thing?

Hi,
I'm buying a DVD DL burner to burn Xbox 360 backups. I checked aroud and it seems that tha Pineer 112D is not available where I live. So I'm looking to buy something similar, you don't need exactly the 112D to burn X360 Backups, right? So, what kind of a DVD DL bruner do I need? I understand it neads sometning called Bittsetting, but as I checked the specifications of some DVD DL bruners, includeing the 112D, I couldn't find that feature anywhere ... What is it really called, or I meead how do I know a bruner has it?

Here are a few burners I have my exe on ATM, bould ay of these do OK for burning X360 Backups?
Lite-ON LH-20A1H LightScribe
Philips SPD2412FM
Pioneer DVR-112BK

Thanks for replys wink.gif
