What media are you using? is it cheap?  What speed are you burning at?

Are you using XBCreator v2.5?

Have you tried Schtrom 3.2?

have you tried burning at 4x?  for some reason, the verbatims i have used burn the best quality at 4x w/ my pioneer 111d.

other than your drive model, my setup is the same as yours and my backups of my originals come out excellent.  even compared to pressed movie dvds, they are just as good quality of data wise.

does pioneer have a FW update for the drive you have?

Try reflashing your d162c, I bought one that was supposed to come pre-flashed, but it did not.  Once I flashed the kreon firmware, it worked great.  Another thing, if you are using originals with a kreon drive, you should not be getting a video questionable error. I would try using the newest version of XBC, vs using the old one you have.  How large is your output file when making the image?  Make sure that you click on unlock drive in XBC before you make the image.

Also, try using a backup game you already have and is known working, that would be the best way to test if the flash was successful.  Another way would be to hook the drive up to the computer again, read the firmware from the drive, and open it up with firmware toolbox and read what fw version it is.  It should tell you if it is iXtreme.

oh no, u realy want to believe that!!

Then explain me why my image passed all test whit xbc 2.4xx and  earlier even through mulleter.  It only gives me  Video Questionable whit XBC 2.5xx!!  WHIT EVERY SINGLE YET PERFECT RIPPED GAME!!!
Has nothing to do whit the fact how u rip the game as far i experienced.

video questionable is indeed still there (even on perfect rip), do not be alarm by it. test it with Mulletter for the time being.

not 100% sure, but it may have to do with the specifics of Kreon FW like unlocking the game partition.
