Hey i have a sammy ms25 with fw5.3
i have 0800 disc burn on both a DL and a single layer dvd

i am using a xpx64 i have a nforce4 chipset

I have used this dirve to backup games before with XBC not sure if i used in in xpx64 tho??

Ok now problems
I am not sure if i am gettign the drive in 0800 mode i have used both dvd dl and single lasyer dvd let it sit in the drive for about a min for both
I had to uninstall my nvidia chipset drive casue i now with nforce 4 u have problems unless uinstall

WHn i get into windows device manager recognises the drive corrctly but in my computer it says it a cd rom
the drive recognises every cd or dvd as a video partition

example if i put a cd with music in the drive it open the cd and it looks like if its a dvd video partition is on this disc??

XBC don't see the drive at all

when ever i put the 0800 disc ( either the dl or the single layer) it xbc regonizes the drive then give an error say something like can;t unlock something  
if i put in a game dvd after i put in teh 0800 disc XBC don't recognises it

I have backed up games using this drive and xbc all i had to uninsal the nvidia chipset drive and it worked


so has any used a nforce chipset with this drive and got it worked plz help me out

i try my 32bit os but i gotta reinstlal it 1st so i ant getting around 2 tht any time soon tho ohh just one other thing
if i have a sammy drive and i want ot use it on my pc to burn the xbox360 games how can i do tht beside hook up a power supply which i can proberly find away to do i am talking about is there any FW ic an put on so i don;t alwayz have to put in the disc to get it in 0800 mode like coul u possible use keron FW?? ( i pretty sure ic an use the keron FW)
