Forza 2 Wont Play If Swapped With Colin Mcrae (backup's)

I wonderd if any one else has this strange problem.

I boot my 360 stick in my colin mcrae 'dirt' backup play's NP I go to play forza 2 stick that disk in, and it say's that the disk is unreadable, if I restart the console, then forza 2 will play no problem at all.
I have no other backup's to test this on just wonderd if its a one off problem or a specific reason as to why it happens

media: mirror DVD+R DL (which I have to recommend
drive: 78FK
firmware: not sure of version but the latest version without the jitterfix
not banned
