they are not burner, just reader (dvd-rom)

you can best find them in the Xbox360 BST or Ebay.

flashing is usually easy , then they can rip games as if you connect you x360 samsung (they are samsung in fact) to your pc.

on click in xbcr and the backup is made (with full stealth included)

yes, if you buy stock, you will have to flash it.

many of the seller in bst section will pre-flash it.
